Redbox terms of use

1. Provider and scope

This version provides account registration, email verification, organization profiles, colleague invitations, roles and activity records within assigned permissions. Procurement, payments and artificial intelligence features are outside this initial service. Descriptions of future features are neither a commitment to deliver them nor an offer to purchase them.

2. Business use and registration

The service is intended for adults acting for business or professional purposes. You must have authority to act for an organization. Creating a profile does not itself verify a person's identity or an organization's registration or reliability.

Before submitting registration, you can check and correct your entries and save or print these terms using your browser. By selecting acceptance and submitting registration, you accept the displayed version. Email verification is required for protected functions. We record the version and time of acceptance. Terms are available in Serbian, Russian and English; the Serbian text guides interpretation, subject to mandatory law.

3. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Protect your password, codes and access links; do not share an account. Report suspected misuse to info@redbox.business. Certain administrative actions require two-factor authentication.

The organization owner and authorized administrators are responsible for choosing colleagues and roles. Send invitations only where you have a legitimate business relationship and authority to use the recipient's address. Access to organization information depends on the assigned role. Activity records support accountability and security.

4. Acceptable use and content

Unauthorized access, interference, spam, impersonation and content violating law or others' rights are prohibited. Do not enter special categories of personal data, criminal conviction information, payment card details or information unnecessary for a business account.

Rights to lawfully supplied data remain with their holders. The operator uses the data as needed to provide, protect and support the service. Redbox software, branding and design remain protected by their respective owners' rights; you may use the available features under these terms.

5. Charges and changes

Registration in this initial version does not include payment or an automatic subscription. Any future paid services will require separately disclosed prices and acceptance before a payment obligation arises.

The service is evolving and maintenance or incidents may interrupt availability. No specific service level is agreed. We will notify existing users of material changes to these terms before they apply whenever reasonably possible and request fresh acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter accrued rights.

6. Closure, liability and complaints

Request account closure and action concerning your data at info@redbox.business. For organization accounts, authority and continued access to shared records may need to be resolved. Retention and deletion are explained in the privacy notice.

We may restrict access where necessary for security, legal obligations or a serious breach of these terms. We will explain the reason and how an issue can be remedied where law and security allow. Liability for loss is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Send complaints to info@redbox.business with a description, without passwords or codes. Serbian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court competent under applicable rules will determine it. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights where they apply.
